I bought this a few weeks ago at a similar price. The bands and cords are garbage, but the cube itself is pretty sturdy and worth $40 to add to a home gym.

I know absolutely nothing about this and I haven't even clicked on the link, but the one thing I do know is that never in the history of man has anyone paid over $200 for this thing. Ridiculous to even post it that way.
