Had one, but wasn't for me. The thing on the front that flips open kept opening when picking it up. The sandbag bottom that rests on your thighs is very hot after a while. If that doesn't bug you it should be fine otherwise.

It is junky, but I bought it at the start of the pandemic and have found it to be one of my best purchases. It has held up well with daily use. It's good for laps and keeps the laptop off soft surfaces like the floor, bed, etc. At least for me, the bean bag thing is much less hot than my Macbook Air. I did add some rubber things to the top to prevent the laptop from sliding when I adjusted my position.

So it might not be for everybody, but if you like to sit on the couch, bed, etc., you might want to try it.

That part that flips is also taller than any modern laptop and usually in front of the trackpad so acts like a hard edged wrist wrest, which no one wants. If you have a wireless mouse and won't be typing much it does the job but there are better options.

I have this, but find that I rarely use it. I have a Pillow Pad that is better for tablets/books, and a larger flat lap desk that is better for laptops or food.

My main complaint is the plastic part that props it up slips and drops down too easily. Also the steepest angle allowed is not steep enough, and the lower angles are pointless.

The construction is good for the price, and the grippy part on the fold-out flap keeps a tablet from sliding off. They should have put the same grippy material on the kickstand part.

It does get hot, but at least it only has two contact points compared to my other lap desk that has one big cushion that makes my whole lap hot.

This thing is great...cheapo, but so useful..perfect for the recent c13 deal...and I'll admit I didn't expect much, never had anything similar, but it's perfect
