Looks like the $25/month plan with party pay is being phased out and increasing to $30. They are also adding a $45/month plus plan that includes some international features. See link...https://www.visible.com/plans/

Only thing is am not sure if that's for existing customers.

But as a new customer you should be paying $25 if you go through PayPal.
