Here's some information on my two ordering experiences to help others out. First I ordered a Juice e-scooter a couple of months ago. (https://corporate.joyridebike.com...-e-scooter [joyridebike.com]) It shipped a couple days after the order was placed and arrived within a week. I had it set up and was out riding the same day it arrived. It has lots of pep and gets up to 18mph in a hurry. On gradual hills I can hold max speed, but on steeper hills it'll drop off a little bit. For where I live, it's certainly no issue. If I hold my speed around 12mph, I think I can get upwards of 25 miles on a charge. If I'm maxing out at 18mph, it's probably just a little under 20 miles. Obviously that varies based on starts/stops, hills, wind, etc. I did take one rear reflector off and added a bike trailer hitch. I now use the scooter to tow my son all around town. He absolutely loves it! And even with the 50+ pounds of trailer+kid, it still holds the max speed at 18mph on flat ground. With the trailer, I'm getting about 15 miles at max speed on a charge. We can still hit 20 miles if we just cruise closer to 12mph. At $360 with free shipping and no tax, I have absolutely zero regrets getting this scooter. I'd encourage anyone to go for it. And it looks beautiful with the wood deck, especially at night with the blue lights glowing underneath.

After getting my scooter, I was so impressed that I ordered the Laguna ST cruiser bike for my wife as a surprise for her birthday. That one came in at $960 with free shipping and no tax. (https://corporate.joyridebike.com.../laguna-st [joyridebike.com]) Just like the scooter, it arrived a week after I placed the order. It took me a couple of hours to finish assembly out of the box. After hopping on for a test ride, I was immediately impressed! I've never been on an e-bike before, but as soon as I started peddling this thing just took off and accelerated straight up to 10mph going up a hill. Depending on the power assist level, it will hold your speed at 10, 12, 15, 18, or 20mph. And if you're especially lazy, you can set the cruise control and not even pedal. So far the longest ride we've done with it was just under 15 miles. By the end, it still showed 80% battery remaining. I did take the bike in for a tune-up as the brakes and shifters needed some small adjustments that I couldn't quite get on my own. The only negative comment the bike shop made was that the disc brakes included were on the cheaper end, but they had nothing else bad to say about it. The technician said he rode it for a couple of miles and it had a really nice smooth ride. He actually seemed a little surprised at how nice it was. I assume that there's a good chance they haven't seen a Hurley bike before. They just recommended upgrading the brakes when the pads wear out. Overall, we were again impressed by the quality of the bike, especially at the price point. My wife absolutely loves riding it and actually wants to go biking now. I'd have no hesitancy in recommending Hurley branded bikes to anyone. The scooter and bike we got are fantastic!
Ordered the Juice based on this comment. Just got notified that it's about to ship so we'll see how this goes. Seems like I'm taking a risk based on other comments, but I'm willing to try it. I used my Discover It for the 5% back from PayPal though I kind of regret not using a card with an extended warranty benefit now...

I purchased 2 of the Juice eScooter last Saturday. Today, I got tracking notice from Joy Ride via FedEx. It has not been picked up by FedEx as of yet.

I also found out that it ships from their warehouse which is only 15 minutes from where I work. Perhaps I could have picked them up on my lunch break LOL. laugh out loud

Ordered the Hang this morning got shipping notice this afternoon. Also got Fraud Alert from my credit card company that two $517 charges were attempted at Apple.com using the same card I used for the Hang. Coincidence? Anyone else have a similar experience? Maybe some of you need to check your credit card statements.

PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
I purchased an e-bike from this company. The bike arrived damaged, but joyride sent replacement parts. Unfortunately the battery still did not fit onto the bike. The company then stopped responding to my emails. I now have an expensive nonfunctional e-bike and threw away nearly $1000! I honestly can't even believe it. Personally, I wish I'd gone with another brand.

Seems like a legit company but sounds like bad news if you have a problem they don't want to deal with.
Couldn't you find redress through your credit card company? Just wondering.

In for one @ $240 shipped... Been walking to work everyday, will continue to do so, but this will help getting to the grocery store and back since it's double the distance and sometimes it is too hot to carry cold things back on a 15 minute walk. Any suggestions on transporting groceries with this?

Hopefully your experience is as good as mine! I'm actually really surprised by all of the negatives being shared here based on my two orders.

Same issue and looking for solutions. Moved to the midwest and don't need a car anymore. However biking and walking to get all of your stuff isn't simple like in a car. You can only take what you can carry, and this affects the order in which you run errands.

Of course I can use grocery delivery (and I do). Just curious what others do. Maybe some sort of wagon to pull or carry along side?

Same for me. FedEx label created but package not picked up yet. Still estimating Saturday for delivery.
