You should buy your solar lights from Costco. They'll take them back if they don't work. I had similar issues with these cheap Amazon lights.

I have bought 3 different times from Costco and none has any issues until now. In case they do, I have peace of mind

Agreed. Never found a solar light that was worth anything more than free. Just wire LV and be done with the awful looking insanity of terrible solar products.

I will disagree with you. I've bought different lights by different brands. Yes, a few of them were crappy. But, the rest that I've received are absolutely nice. Battery holds great and the panels are still kicking. Bought one for my parents walkway more than 6 years ago and it still works. Not a single LED is burnt out nor the panel itself has been damaged by the sun.

This is the oldest model. I think it's 30 or 50 lumens. Next generation is 100 lumens. Just look at LED lights. It only has 3. Next one is 9.

Man it must be nice to live where there's no snow. There is no way i'm taking the ladder out and putting these things back up, just so in the morning to do it all over again. With all the snow load and ice jambs these things will either break or constantly be on the ground.

Agreed with great solar light products at Costco but they don't typically carry this form factor. They mainly have the string lights, pathway stake lights, and post lights.
