Turn the brightness to less than 50%, the fan won't turn on, but you get case, remote, 30% more powerful light and much more portable and lighter body. By the way, VL series has quietest fans among all Godox video lights.

No, this is a fairly large video light. Get something smaller that has a fan since audio is not an issue for you.
Edit: Depending on your price range you should look at the Amaran 60d or a decent beginner choice is the Colbor CL60
