We were at Hilton...transitioned to Marriott...now at Hyatt. We found that Hyatt is most generous on earning points especially if you have the Chase Hyatt credit card. The cost for using points to book hotel stays is least expensive using Hyatt as well. You can link your Hyatt status with MGM (and vice versa) to upgrade the status of the other account. We did that so we have MGM Gold status...which gives us free resort fees and parking in all MGM owned hotels such as Bellagio, Aria, Vdara, etc.

Switch to Hyatt if their network works for your travel. Hilton is almost as bad as Marriott these days.

What promotions do you currently have with Marriott? My issue is that most of the promos with Marriott seem to be targeted. I use all 3 brands (Hilton, Marriott and IHG) and find Hilton and IHG to have the best promos.
