If you're buying as a collector, & keeping the figures in box, don't bother. GameStop ships from stores, and the boxes are almost always beat up, and covered in price stickers.

If you're opening them to play with, or display them and don't care about the boxes, go for it.

Does anybody else REALLY hate the way that clicking on a link @Slickdeals automatically takes you to the website for the deal instead of the discussion?

This new site redesign is farking hideous and makes me much less likely to end up making a purchase through their affiliate links.

Do you have the Slickdeals extension installed? It sounds like you may have the "Direct to Merchant" feature turned on. If so, please see this post with instructions on how to turn off that option:

Thanks for the information but just FYI, this being on by default is making me want to just uninstall the extension.

I have bought tons of theirs transformers and also preordered them and have never received a damaged box figures. Gamestop is slow on transformers availability but never ship a damaged box to me so far. They even replaced the lost in transit item free of charged. The one that send damaged boxes all the time is AMAZON.
