Hi yes, bring 10 used ink carts w. you. Bring them to register, tell them you're recycling 10 and give the phone # associated with your account and then get a receipt for the ink carts (should show 10 on the receipt, sometimes the cashiers put 1 so just double check).

The $20 in rewards will show on your account in the next 1-3 days and can be used to purchased all items except gift cards. Valid for 90 days (end of Nov 22)

same account you order with online, just make sure you have your rewards# or the phone# linked to your officedepot.com online account to give them at the store to properly credit your ink carts. if you already have a rewards account and have your info, no need to set up another account.
