You have to consider the plush that's included.

Don't need the game but I wouldn't mind buying the plush separately. The game is fantastic though to anyone who hasn't played it yet. 10/10

And plenty of others would disagree. And some people like to own a game and not rent it so Gamepass doesn't matter.

Good game, but $24 is quite high for a game this old. This game and the original are on Microsoft GamePass.

This is a physical package, that you're owning (not renting), with an added physical item, for the Nintendo Switch. What does Gamepass have to do with anything?

$24 for a stuffed toy and an old game is a terrible deal. GamePass is better for just the game. The toy is just silly landfill waste.

As evidenced by all the thumbs downs plenty of people would seem to disagree with your stance here. Just because the plush has no value to you that doesn't mean the same for all. While Gamepass is a solid alternative it's not for everyone. I for one want to have access to the games that appeal to me in a way that there is no recurring subscription fee and they don't just vanish if you aren't paying on a monthly basis. Different strokes for different folks. And never mind that there are plenty of Switch owners who don't have an Xbox or gaming-capable PC anyway. Your perspective is incredibly shortsighted.

You're obviously not a fan of the game to say that people should just go to game pass and also call the plush wasteful. It's wasteful for you, but some other people would want to own BOTH the plush and the game. Why are you even on this deal thread just to thread crap if you can just ignore it?

Gamepass and Nintendo physicals are two different realms. Though I would recommend others Ori the Collection just because it's two Ori games on the same cart, no digital code.

I'd still buy it even though I beat it on gamepass, I'm still going to get this because it's a great game and this is cheaper than just the plush alone on fangamer.com. like someone said above, I recommend getting the original collection physical edition, but just know will of the wisps is very slow to load on the switch or xbox one from my experience.

I agree, this is not a great deal, on top of that it's not even a physical game! But if someone wants to pay $14 extra for a cute looking Ori plush toy, I am not here to discourage them. I have purchased both Ori games on PC, XBOX and Nintendo. Plays best on Series X, but Ori the Collection on Nintendo is a probably the best buy when it is on sale (you get digital codes for soundtracks as well).

So you're recommending Switch only players invest in a whole other system and service just for one game?
