Both versions are on clearance. The switch version says for the 'Edition' that it's Standard but its actually the Definitive Edition like the Xbox one is.
There's a YMMV aspect to this as well. If you call or go into your local BestBuy store, they may have the switch version for $16.99 instead. First day I went into the store to get them to price match it down the manager said no since it was for clearance item. I went in there today and was able to get them to price match it fine and shipped to store for free. Otherwise its $3.99 for shipping. Good deal considering the game by itself ive found to be at least $19.99 at most places and the plush by itself is $26. Attached is a screenshot of the clearance price tag i took before.

The code is NOT in the box for the Switch version.
Since it is meant for in-store sales only, you will not receive an email with the code either, like other digital download purchases.
You will have to call their special Best Buy Digital Goods department between 8am to 7pm a few times and they will eventually scratch off a card for Ori and the Blind Forest and email you a code.
