Yes, over the last couple years they have been allowing it slightly past the 30 days. Submit it online and within 3-5 days you'll hopefully get the credit. YMMV but I did it a few times and it worked.

Anyone vouch for the keurig coffee maker? Or should I go with the slim serve one. Only use on the weekend and I'm the only main drinker and sometimes the wife

Trash can coupon is active in local store. Brought it home and it looks well made, operates smoothly and has a 10 year warranty. We'll see. Looks like it is $140 on Amazon with 5000 good reviews.

Stuff usually doesn't get sold out at Costco unless they decide to no longer carry it.
