I would avoid the used market for much of this generation's GPUs, especially if it's only rated as Good.

I don't believe that's correct. Used items do not get a manufacturer warranty, just the 30 days from Amazon.

Amazon doesn't set manufacture warranty.

Official Gigabyte warranty is : "If the consumer cannot provide valid proof of purchase, the warranty date will be calculated from the date of manufacture according to the serial number on the product"

Not true. My 3080 used from Amazon has over 2 and half years left of manufacture warranty. And Amazon and evga both confirmed that the Warranty is 100% valid

I wouldn't be as concerned with it being a used card as I would it coming from Amazon. Coming from them seems to be the best chance of getting something else other than the product it's supposed to be, from some buying it new, keeping it, and returning their old junk as the original. At least Amazon will keep you from losing your money if that happens, but still have the disappointment and hassle if it does happen to you.

Solid card and tempting, wish it was the 3070 or 3080 since the ti is kinda meh of a card. These are about $400 - $450 from what I see on ebay, but would trust amazon more.
