I would love to pick up one of these but the builder's special pre-installed faucets have three holes.

The base plate is usually large enough to cover the holes.

I bought this from Amazon on prime day. I love it. Looks great, easy to install.

I'd call costco and check if they carry it before heading to Costco. Unlike other stores, costco employees doesn't buy everything…

Bought 2 from Costco around 4 months months ago and installed them, super easy install, no leaks and work great. Look very nice too. Hardest part was removing the old faucet.
Costco only carried the brushed nickel color. Includes deck plate and pop up drain. Install manual is very good as well. Buy it if you are in need of one and can find it at this price. Haven't seen it in my store for a while.
