Prices ending in .00 at Costco mean it is a store level markdown and pricing won't be the same at other locations, even if you're lucky enough to find one with this set still in stock.

There has been a news flowing around like this particular location(Springdale , ohio)will be closed for good this fall. I think that may be the reason for markdown price. So stock might be very limited.
