Not a terrible way to get a lot of decent trainers quickly, but almost none of them hold any actual value and can be bought as single cards for much less (mostly 1-20 cents). The Scoop Up Nets are about 3 bucks a piece and Crobat is about a buck fifty which comprises most of the value of the kit. I would not feel bad about getting this if you don't want to go through the hassle of ordering individual cards or if you've already picked up some preconstructed decks that you want to make a little better for the kids, but it's still a bit expensive outside of these situations.
Edit - Forgot these had some booster packs in them. That makes the deal a bit sweeter, even if the packs are a bit old and not from the most exciting sets.

I've seen many booster packs go down to $1.99 - $2.66 each from third party sources and/or LGSs after a year later, though that was a few years ago.
Best Buy also has Pokemon TCG sales from time to time where they discount down the MSRP.

The next rotation is in "early 2023" and will include all cards with a D regulation mark. That's most of the cards in this Toolbox, including the Crobat Vs and Scoop-up Nets. The Rapid Strike and Single Strike cards in here, along with Capture Energy and some other trainers, are E regulation and will be useable in Standard in 2023.

Overall, this is a very good buy if you want to build Standard-compatible decks for this fall, but the 2022 Trainer's Toolkit will be more worthwhile if you want to try playing competitively next year.
You can buy those for $20 on eBay any day of the week.
