I ordered a polo, they sent it with a security ink tag still attached. I called, they said they'd send a replacement and I could send that one back. They sent a replacement that ALSO had a security ink tag. Called again, said sorry and they'd send another replacement. Sure enough, I now have 3 of the same dang polo all with security ink tags attached.

These people are so outta control. Ordered 2X (too big but not bad) but cust service says sure, exchange for an XL-T. Do that, and 3 days later an email says, we cancelled the order, out of stock. On the return shirt, they 'feel' I sent something back (No s$*t) but decoupled the FedEx shipping number, from the shirt. Three weeks ago. Have to dispute the charge on the credit card. Clue less at UA

Do you have a strong magnet laying around? Could try taking them off with that.
