That's what they said for NVidia however AMD cards coming out most likely not just the high end cards but I'm not sure since I haven't heard anything about it.

In 2020, the 3070, 3080, and 3090 came out at the same time. The lower models and Ti models came out the next year. Not sure if history typically repeats itself or not.
