I highly recommend reading all the reviews. From personal experience, be wary of Logitech headsets as of late.
I had gotten the g935s or something like that 7.1 wireless RGB all the bells and whistles. It was great for like the first month then feedback or sound cut in and out on one side. Something SOME reviews mentioned and I ignored because 50% off an expensive Logitech wireless headset was too tempting to pass up.

I believe because xbox doesnt have bluetooth and this headset uses bluetooth to pair to devices.

FYI: surround sound seems to only work on PC with Dolby Atmos. Description also says this headset was designed for smaller heads, so if you got a watermelon-sized noggin, you might want to pass this up. There are reviews saying these are basically children-sized.
