I still had to have $10 in my cart before I could process my order. I used that Bic SD to meet this threshold. Not bad for $6

Is that per account? I did for air freshener but when I try next purchase for fabric, price didn't drop.

Same. just under $2 an item even with tax and a 30 cent shopping bag fee. Shopping bags are getting expensive.
