Need a gas grill so this is tempting me and I have some in stock near me at $347. Just not sure how I'd fit this even bigger one in my car. Or spend another chunk of time building this one

The charcoal pellets work to answer his question and I do like them for certain food items where I want a more neutral flavor. However, I'm my experience the charcoal pellets are dirtier and leave a lot of residue which clogged up my hopper once.

I've bought the "charcoal pellets" designed for use in pellet grills/smokers and they were meh. I can't recall the brand. I personally like to stick with hickory, apple and cherry.
Today I went on BrickSeek and saw 2-3 in stock at a Walmart in Leesburg, VA but listed at a much higher price.
I found a really helpful staff member to check the price and it was $347. The kid changed the pricing sign on the spot and rolled the grill it up to check-out and helped me load it into my wife's Honda Pilot. Best service I ever received in Walmart.
I had to push forward the middle-row seats but the rear hatch closed just fine.
It wouldn't be my first choice for a combo pellet grill but you can't beat the features at this price.
That's what she said!

They are super heavy, over 200 lbs I think. I had a few dented pieces and it took me around 1.5 hours while having some beers. Also got the cover for it for $10. Nicest grill cover I have ever purchased.
The smoker is incredibly accurate. 1-3 degrees off only. Which literally makes this thing a set it and forget it for pork butts. The smoker is small; I can fit 2 medium pork butts. Tried a large brisket and it was too packed and it over cooked the thin side. Since the smoker is so accurate and small, it over cooked the thin side even though I had it furthest away from the pellet feeder. Will try a smaller one one of these days. I am a beginner smoker (3 years), but I do make a nice pork butt with this.
I have not used the grill or side burner. It is super heavy duty and the lids are double walled and heavy. I am a cheap ass and consider this price a good one.
