A bigger issue is the pouches. I call them pouches and not cupholders because they are not cupholders. They SUCK as cup holders! Really grinds my gears!
Otherwise it's a quality product, I've had it for 7-8 years with plenty of use. Still sturdy and will last for a long time.
So much better than $10-$20 chairs you find at CVS, etc. Buy quality so you don't end up spending more in the long run and avoid throwing away crappy products away.
I paid like $40 and don't regret it at all.
Some tips, mesh is great in the summer and great for farting but it's cold in the winter. put a blanket on there and it's much warmer. Stuff something in the pouch to hold your drink securely.

For $12 it's going to be fine, if you want a very low chair (almost sitting on the ground) with no arms, but don't expect this to match the quality you'd expect with a $50 MSRP.

If anyone wants to know what the old model looked like at 6lbs: [code]https://www.rei.com/product/765272/rei-co-op-comfort-low-chair[code]
The old model was a great chair with a sweet pillow.
The comfort armchair high back mesh version was something you could fall asleep in, since it supported your head / shoulders.

This is super disappointing. I have old (amazing) model, and was stoked to grab another for $12. I read the reviews but kinda brushed them off.
I'll give this a shot and return it if it's no good. I wanted the padded low chairs, but they sold out super quick.

Thanks for the heads up!
Edit: That worked, fingers crossed more come in stock and it ships! Thanks again my friend.

Camp Low Chair 8 lbs. 3 oz.
Both of these have been on sale too. Yes, all are heavier than the regular plastic strapping beach chairs, but purportedly better and more comfortable as well. I bought both of these to test....
Outward Low Lawn Chair 6 lbs. 9 oz. (available, for members only)
Outward Low Padded Lawn Chair 7 lbs. 7 oz. (sold out)

In for 1! Haha
Just buy the chair. This is an incredible price. I have 2 and would happily pay $40 if it was the only way to get one. They're high quality, sturdy, and comfortable. An instant hit with anyone who sits in it.
