How is this a good starter kit? The drill is the only useful tool. Do you not have outlets that can provide 15+ amps of service in your new house? That small plug adapter isn't running anything but a clock or charging a phone.
I would highly recommend getting any other kit cause the assortment of tools in this kit just doesn't make sense. There are kits that have multiple types of power tools including impact driver, circular saw, reciprocating saw, bigger batteries, and more practical tools for a new home owner to have

Something's wrong with my browser and I kept getting the "OOPS! WE'RE FIXING IT" page. Changed browsers and the link works. Thanks

Good tools? That's an exaggeration for the price. Most of it is just junk that'll end up in storage. Maybe you'll use it once in a blue moon. Or if you do use it excessively, it'll wear out easily.

Charge the phone on the yacht is better than drilling the toilet.

Not great. Spinning brushes is better in theory than practice, have to fight unbalanced force trying to run away from you the entire time.

This reminds me of those crappy game console bundles where they lump in a bunch of useless stuff.

I mean it's an home owners kit if your living out in a tent. As shown by the photos.

Not a bad deal, but talk about a weird choice of tools for home owners kit. I mean I'd change the cleaning brushes for an hammer, and drill bits.
