Never heard of them. Maybe there's no 411 for them to grab from me by opening an acct but I passed anyway. Somehow the bland website just gives me this vibe...

This VPN any good?
VPN is decent enough in my experience, but their device policy is horrendous. Instead of limiting the number of simultaneous connections, they limit the number of devices. Once you've used the VPN on x number of devices, you must remove one before you can install it somewhere else. And you can only remove one device per week.

I noticed that. Just signed up (doesn't have you verify email address btw, fwiw).
I only use it on a couple devices so it wasn't a big deal for me. But I did think it was odd that I'd have to log in and register the devices v.s. signing in. Also switching locations did not seem as easy (like many you can just change it on the VPN app itself)
Speed seemed decent enough with a fast.com test (peaked at like 100mbps, which is like 1/4 my speed but comparable to what I got at PIA)

FYI, this is not expired. Also, you can sign up for it without email verify, but they cut service after a day if you don't verify.
I signed up accidentally typing my burner email wrong and then couldn't log back in after the service stopped working. I signed up for a new one just now though without issue.
I kind of don't like the GUI they have (using the OpenVPN one). it will auto launch at login, but not auto connect... So that's kinda pointless. Also it would be nice if there was a 'killswitch' option that cut internet traffic on a disconnect, like other VPN GUIs do.
I will play around with some of the other connection applications they have to see if I can get one that will do both.
*Edit: they do have their own client that has Killswitch and startup on boot. you can download it at the bottom of the manage VPN devices page.
Getting a solid 200mbps with a connection close to me. My internet speed is 400mbps, so I'm happy with that speed.

They have 3 connections designated as for torrents. It seems like torrent ports might be blocked on others as I was not able to make a connection on one not labeled as for torrents. I did only try 1 other server though
Thanks OP! Confirming 6 months of KeepSolid VPN Unlimited with code VPNU_CBACUP
Great for times where you're stuck using public open wifi due to spotty 4G LTE coverage or whatever. Better safe than spied upon! Their private browser app for mobile devices looks interesting as well.
