The 5-tier bath tower has 5 glass shelves, so ikely I'd try free store pickup! I think this is a slick deal for just $23.

I've checked around and haven't run across a better deal at Amazon, Walmart, or IKEA. IKEA has a similar tower [ikea.com] for $59.99, but it's out of stock.
