Define appropriate. From a blood/guts/sex point of view the following are appropriate

Traffix
Super One More Jump
Flat Heroes
Toki Tori 1 and 2
Urban Flow
Cook, Serve, Delicious! 2

But appropriate from the standpoint of "will my child play this game?"

None of them.

The ones that are safe for the age are too complex for a 6 year old to figure out and enjoy or too plain for their eyeballs to stay interested.

Speaking as a 44 year old parent here. Spend the $59.99 for Kirby or Mario Brothers games (Mario Kart included), or stick with any of the Lego games which tend to go on sale semi-regularly for Switch.

The Toki Tori games and Rive are great games. Don't be fooled by the mobile game visuals of Toki Tori, they're actually very difficult puzzle games. And Rive is a twin stick shooter Metroidvania that's equally as difficult.

Probably not alone, but my five year old loves flat heroes and super one more jump
