Requires registering TV within 14 days of delivery and must have been purchased between September 1st and October 31st. Safe your box and packaging.
I just purchased this and it is an awesome TV with black levels approaching OLED with great brightness and colors. It has 2 HDMI ports that support 120hz gaming. It also has all of the HDR flavors as well as ATSC 3.0 Next gen Tuner. You will not find a better TV anywhere close to this price.

Panel uniformity of the OLED much better since the panel had 0 issues and the r646 had 2 spots of dse. Off angle viewing of the OLED much better.
Motion on the c1 is better in some content, the same in others. Sports on the c1 looked awful, black crush on the c1 was so bad in some content things noticeably disappeared despite tuning and recalibration over a period of a wk.
When sun came into the room the c1 was difficult to see, the black crush ruined video games that had an overall dark tone and dark backgrounds.
The u8h is supposed to have even better blooming control and similar black levels as the r646 and the r646 has very little blooming with LD on. This statement "with black levels approaching oled" is an accurate one.

I would still contact Hisense customer support and ask for an explanation via email so you have it in writing.
