Found one in Cary for $345. Was the last assembled display model, so manager added extra 20% discount on top of the sale price. Thanks!
Edit: both - Lowes and Brickseek - showed that it's out of stock at my store.

Finding it locally in-stock. However, inventory on Lowes.com does not align with Brickseek and both sites show all in-stock locations selling at full price. Curious if anyone is having success in their area? … as in having it show online as in-stock at the store for full price, then going to the store and not only have at least one actually there, but it's being sold for the clearance price?

Called 5 stores in MA (Hudson, Westboro, Framingham, Worcester, Milford). Framingham had 4 so bought one for $343.50. Note that the grills have been put away so call customer service to have it ready for pickup at customer service. Was told that someone had to use a fork lift to bring the grill down.
