If you're buying hisense, u6 is the sweet spot for value/performance. u8 has all the top tier features but almost double the price of u6. u7 sits in between with better local dimming than u6 and 120hz, but unless you can tell the difference when you look at them or need specific specs for gaming or something, I would save money on a tv that will probably die in about 2 years.

I put a decent premium on the U7H due to the NextGen ATSC 3.0 Tuner that the U6 doesn't have. 4K and Dolby AC4 / Atmos over the air is coming and already broadcasting in many markets. With the $529 Costco deal on the 55U7H (55U75H Costco Model No,) and the three year warranty (five year with a Costco CC) no need to worry about an early death. Hisense's standard warranty is now 2 years for other retail outlets so I think they have some confidence in what they are building.

It's like they priced assuming they could scam consumers on shortages but everything is in stock now.
