Edit: CR gives it a 66, low for noise, ease of use and owner satisfaction, and poor crisper control. Shelves aren't adjustable. Not meaning to thread crap, but it's cheap for a reason. It did give higher marks for Very Good thermostat control, Very Good temperature uniformity, Excellent energy efficiency
make sure you use your Costco Visa credit card to extended warranty out to 4 years for free.

Manufacturer Warranty. The Manufacturer Warranty is 2 Years, By Using the Credit Card, It Doubles it. To 4 Years.
That's the Only Reason, I got the Costco Visa Credit Card.
That Benefit Alone is Worth It, IMO
4 yrs warranty with Citi Visa is hard to beat.
I did a quick search and sure enough didn't see it listed anywhere so you must be right. Have anymore info on when it stopped?

Citi eliminated the benefit from their other cards, and the page dynasty38 linked only loads properly if you're logged into Citi.com and have a Costco Visa card. However, this link should work for anyone without a Citi account to see the current benefit https://www.cardbenefit
lalit_asky, which card do you have that adds 2 years from Bank of America? The most I could find is that those benefits have also been reduced to 12 additional months, since Mastercard changed all their cards a year or two ago

Brands to avoid included GE, so take that how you want. I took it at face value and got a Whirlpool.
