Woot sent me used stuff in the place of new(as advertised) twice. So I have hard time believing them if they sell new electronics at big discount.

Woot sent me used stuff in the place of new(as advertised) twice. So I have hard time believing them if they sell new electronics at big discount.

Trash...not even for free. Dog crap slow 1080p that clogs and dies in 6 mo to a year. Seriously out of date junk. Even the 4k has issues. When you can regularly get a max for $22, why buy junk?

$5 for an extra remote that has the TV controls? I'm in.

Edited: They've changed this sale, so this is no longer possible. The cheap $5 one comes with the 1st gen remote with no TV controls.

I've been noticing this for my Firesticks. I feel like I have to do Factory Resets on them every few months and wipe out everything. My current main one in the living room is giving me issues again. I wish there was a better alternative for one I could sideload Android apps on that wasn't stupid expensive. Something that didn't show ads on the homescreen would be even better.

Wow people will pay money for these? I've thrown out two in the last few months as they are, comparatively speaking, the slowest experience for streaming out of the offerings from Google, Roku, Apple and built in LG apps from personal experience.

Just get a newer release, you'll end up wasting money buy one of these, getting frustrated how slow they are and forking over the money for something else!
