Always wondered if someone sold just a set of 10mm for all the lost sockets 😂. Thanks !
So they have been stealing all the 10mm's in the world and have finally sourced enough of them to sell them back to us as a set.
Got this last time, already lost them all, in for another set.

For some reason I don't use the 10MM as much as I use the 13mm and 14mm.

Where are all those "team red" folks always complaining that Milwaukee doesn't make a set like these, and that they are constantly losing sockets?

Always someone here to stir it up

Snap-on is for hand tools. Milwaukee is for power tools.

The one point most people miss when using cheap vs expensive tools, not the cost of the tool itself but the job it does. You are 100% less likely to strip a bolt head with a snapon socket vs Chinese xyz socket. Probably not a issue at all for a DIY but if you make money with tools, use them daily, use them in situations where it really matters about getting it done 1 time with no room for error (like at a race track) then sometimes a expensive tool is worth every penny.

I own very little snap on stuff, but I do own a full metric set of sockets, a ratchet and screw drivers. Strip a bolt head on a control arm, vanos, turbo waste gate etc and the cost of a Snap On socket is nothing compared to the time wasted and $$$$ fixing that issue.

Lastly, there have been a few dozen times I could tell a bolt/socket was about to strip/not grip the bolt and grabbed a snapon socket which did manage to remove the bolt.
We do oil refinery and power plant repair, field machining, welding ,millwrighting & we have a mix of tools from over the years, the older stuff thats been around for years is all snap on and holds up, the stuff that always needs to be replaced is the same new Chinese crap purchasing buys cuz it saves some money. Torque values are very high on some things and its Not cool when a socket is exploding on you cuz it's made of crap.

FOR ME these are fine for home or in my garage, but i wouldnt use them for work purposes. Fine for a starter tool kit for somebody just getting into the trades but doesn't have a lot of money yet.

That might be because the 13 mm and 1/2, and the 14 mm and 9/16 are interchangeable. So comparing 1 size to four, I would expect the same thing.

The 10 mm doesn't interchange. It's larger than a 3/8 and smaller than the 7/16.

I think it's a pretty common size to use.

At first when I saw this post was thinking, "What kind of set is this?!" I think someone else mentioned it looks like they pieced stuff together from leftover sets.

But then thought about how often I use a 10 mm socket and realized it actually isn't that bad of an idea.

Bought these, pulled them out of the package and periodically tossed one out the window on the way home. Not gonna eff with nature.
