this stuff is good, but i always feel like eating too much jerky is gonna make me sick or something

and then by the time i try to finish a bag, its been open for so long and the notion of "opened pork product sitting in fridge for 10 days" makes me end up throwing it away

Good stuff, but a bit more moisture than I care for so I put it in my jerky dehydrator for 90 minutes to get it where I like it.

Sold on Amazon, yes, but not by Amazon, otherwise it would be cheaper and probably available for S&S discount. Shame. Apparently last sold by Amazon in 2016.
