Looking for cost-efficient family account on T-Mobile

I am looking to migrate to T-mobile from AT&T prepaid. I presently have 5 lines with 1 of them being internet access point, which currently is set up as a regular phone line. I would probably be looking for at least 2 more a couple of years down the road
My main motivation for a switch is upcoming starlink support (e.g.: service working in remote location via starlink satellites). I guess it's too early to say what plan would include this, but per announcement, most mainstream plans would be.
Also:
* I would like to stay away from prepaid due to domestic roaming being off, same applies to MVNOs
* I can go for either regular or business account
* I am not looking to upgrade phones as part of switch.
* My focus is for long-term, so any gimmicks that revert in X months are not desirable
* Some other features I'd consider a bonus would be: netflix, in-flight internet, and canada/mexico roaming.
* Discounted home internet option is also a potential consideration
Unfortunately, the t-mobile plans are (probably intentionally) very hard to compare. Some have fees+taxes included, some are not. Some features are available, but only in special cases, for example netflix option is available with 5 lines, but now with 6 on business ultimate.
Also, I have hard time locating the deals which last. For example, t-mobile gives discount for perks-at-work, but you need to reapply for that discount every year. I'm interested in having a plan I can just keep for years and never have to change. I understand that many folks do have such plans, they get grandfathered and just keep using.
So, the question is:
- where does one look for these t-mobile service plan deals?
- what would be considered a good deal for 5-line service without major limitations?

I know I'm not answering your specific questions, but In this situation the ball is in your court, and they will give you all the bonuses they offer, you just need to ask. Also, see how much they can decrease your bill or make an offer. I think they are quite flexible. They still have some of the same issues that any large company has with mixed international customer service (lines crossed, forget things, misunderstand, etc) which I don't mind, as I expect it, but just about everyone I worked with (text chat, phone chat, online chat) has been exceptional and more than willing to make things right, and I have been so impressed.
Use your position to put down the terms you want, and ask for every bonus I listed and see if they have more. They just need you over there, and you already have your phones. I don't know if any bonuses require a new phone, but the three phones I brought over get the same deals of course.
Just have your terms, what you are willing to pay, the bonuses for fee reductions and the streaming services bonuses you want. If they mess up, you can say that you have on record requesting all the bonuses you asked for originally, and you can leave. For me the Magenta plus (or whatever we it's called) has been awesome, no complaints.
All the extra taxes (why so many with these phone plans?) are built in to my bill. So it's pretty transparent. Just remember the they are a huge company (especially after the Sprint acquisition/ merger) and they may mess up, but their customer service have exceeded my expectations.
Let them know what you need and be willing to walk away.
Anyways. Have a good one, and I'm sure I don't need to tell you, but customer service is not easy for many with our society of "I want it, and I want it now / where is your supervisor" / ETC - patience always goes along way. Of course if someone is a douche, then tell the manager.

Oh, and no special number to call. I started on the website chat, and the rep called me thereafter.
