The Sweepstakes will consist of eight (8) weekly periods (each week an "Entry Period").

open only to legal residents of the United States residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (19 in AL/NE) or older at time of Sweepstakes entry

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to participate. 1) Entry with Purchase: To receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes, follow these directions: purchase one (1) 20oz Mtn Dew or Mtn Dew Voo‑Dew participating product at a retail store between September 4, 2022, and October 31, 2022. Participating products: Mtn Dew, Diet Mtn Dew, Mtn Dew Zero Sugar, Mtn Dew Voo‑Dew and Mtn Dew Voo‑Dew Zero Sugar. Not all products are available at all retailers. Create an account or log into your account on www.DewEmporium.com(the "Website") and complete the online registration form which includes first name, last name, email address, date of birth, zip code, phone number, and password Click to launch the camera on your mobile or tablet device and grant permission for the Website to access your camera. Follow the prompts and hold the product and logo clearly in front of camera window. Place bottle on a flat surface in a bright light and then click the scan button. Once the bottle has been scanned and verified you will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry ("Sweepstakes Entry") which will be banked in your account and can be used throughout the Sweepstakes Period and also receive one (1) Sweepstakes Entry for the Grand Prize. Sweepstakes Entries can be submitted during the Entry Period earned or any subsequent Entry Period. Any unsubmitted Sweepstakes Entry(ies) remaining in your Account at the end of the Sweepstakes Period will be void. Your account will be debited after redeeming your Entry.

MAIL-IN ENTRY: To receive an entry into the Sweepstakes without making a purchase or visiting the site, handprint your name, complete address (no P.O. boxes permitted), date of birth, email address and Prize selection for the Entry Period on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail in an envelope with proper postage affixed to: Dew Emporium Sweepstakes, PO Box 90130, Nashville, TN 37209. Mail-In Sweepstakes Entries must be postmarked and received by the dates below for each Entry Period.

There is a limit of five (5) Sweepstakes Entries per person, per day, regardless of entry method.

PRIZES:

PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize Winner ("Grand Prize Winner") will receive a $5,000 check ("Grand Prize") via mail. Check will be sent with delivery signature confirmation and must be cashed by 12/31/22. The Actual Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $5,000.

WEEKLY PRIZES: There are three hundred and twenty-seven (327) weekly prizes ("Weekly Prizes") available to be awarded. Each prize winner ("Weekly Winner") will receive one (1) Prize based on the Prize they confirmed their submission for at time of entry.

Week 1 $50 Spirit Halloween™ Reward: Fifty (50) Winners will receive one (1) $50 Spirit Halloween™ Reward that must be redeemed by 10/31/22. The Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Prize is $50. Total ARV of all Week 1 Prizes is $2,500.
Week 2 Skull Ice Mold and Branded Glass Set (2 glasses): One hundred and thirty (130) Winners will receive one (1) Skull Ice Mold and one (1) Branded Glass Set with two (2) glasses. The ARV of each Prize is $50. Total ARV of all Week 2 Prizes is $6,500.
Week 3 Halloween Holographic Projector: Forty-five (45) Winners will receive one (1) Halloween Holographic Projector. The ARV of each Prize is $129. Total ARV of all Week 3 Prizes is: $5,805.
Week 4 Branded Ultra Bumpboxx: Fifty (50) Winners will receive one (1) Branded Ultra Bumpboxx Bluetooth Boombox. The ARV of each Prize is $300. Total ARV of all Week 4 Prizes is $15,000.
Week 5 Meta Quest 2 Virtual Reality Headset: Twenty (20) Winners will receive a Meta Quest 2 Virtual Reality Headset. The ARV of each Prize is $399. Total ARV of all Week 5 Prizes is $7,980.
Week 6 Custom LED Neon Sign: Twenty (20) Winners will receive Custom LED Neon Sign. The ARV of each Prize is $500. Total ARV of all Week 6 Prizes is $10,000.
Week 7 43" HDR 4K UHD LED TV and JBL Soundbar: Six (6) Winners will receive 43" HDR 4K UHD LED TV and JBL Soundbar. The ARV of each Prize is $750. Total ARV of all Week 7 Prizes is $4,500.
Week 8 Branded Mini Fridge: Six (6) Winners will receive a Branded Mini Fridge. Winner will receive only the Mini Fridge. No product included. The ARV of each Prize is $1,000. Total ARV of all Week 8 Prizes is $5,000.

Total ARV of all Weekly Prizes available in this Sweepstakes is $58,285. Total ARV of all Prizes available in the Sweepstakes is $63,285.
