Not sure how many of these there are left. I ordered one for myself and there's still another available. Released January 2021 so kind of old now. Sports a 10th gen i7. No TB4 but has a TB3 port so it works with most docks. Seems like a fantastic deal if you want a 3070 laptop with excellent build quality for under $1k. it's $1800 on Amazon now.
Model: Alienware - m15 R4 - 15.6" FHD Gaming laptop - Intel Core i7 - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 - 512GB Solid State Drive - Dark Side of the Moon

its a bit out of my price range, but i need a 17" laptop for work from home. i prefer the 17" screen size cause i do CAD on my work computer, so the more screen the better.
id prefer to be spending down in the $500-600 range, but i dont see much out there right now.

IMO this is a much better deal for about $50 more ($890 before tax). 16" though. Use 606212Ins for 12% off.

man, that really is right up my alley. hoping what i have now can last me that long. thanks for the link. if nothing else, its a great benchmark while im looking around at other stuff.
one of my main needs is to be able to run numerous external displays. im assuming something like this can handle that via a docking station type setup? im hoping to make my WFH space a bit more open by having 2 monitors on my desk and moving my laptop to a side table so i dont have it cluttering up the space.
price is right, seems to have a lot of the specs im looking for.
Seems like a good deal for what is available right now. I'd expect to see the 12th gen Intel version for the same price closer to Black Friday. Personally I would hold off, the leap to 12th gen is with 2 months of blue balls.
