This would be great if they actually had any games "In Store" worth buying. Their in store selection of used games is sorely lacking. They are more a novelty shop at this point. Not to mention their website makes it close to impossible to filter and seek out games available at the stores.

"To the moon!"....

But sure would be nice if you could order for pickup, or their deliverable used selection was more than just the AAA titles.

I held out on being a physical copy person for so long, and in the last year and a half or so I finally caved. Don't get me wrong if I have the opportunity to get a physical copy I absolutely will, it just seems as if they purposely make it more of a hassle.

Get a more streamlined store to store inventory system, make it easy for the customer and spend resources actually promoting that.

I want this company to succeed so badly, I really do. But I don't know how long they can survive on being a Spencer's gifts for niche t-shirts and figurines.

Right there with you. On a corporate level they need to seriously re-evaluate how they are going to survive. They got the meme stock cash flow and somehow they seem to be making the wrong long term moves.

The company's lack of used inventory is multi-faceted- reputation of abysmal trade values, switch to digital etc.

I hope there are teams at corporate working around the clock to buy wholesale used lots as that is where the long term appeal is going to be. With the GME stock pump they realistically have the money to push companies, and users to believe that physical copies are more important because "x" reason, but the route of becoming a watered down strip mall Spencer's gift/Suncoast seems to be their mission.

Got a USB C adapter (to USB, hdmi, ect) for my steam deck for $15, skeletor and snake island funko for 5.99, 2 meme card cases $4 each, headset for $18. They had a lot of stuff at one near me, especially scatted around the store.

Each store have different items sent to them for last 25% off clearance sale, this 50% is to clear out the left over. The best deal so far for me was a Zelda game and watch for $23. There was a few funko here and there for $1-$3. The 10in funko range from $7-$16. Garmin watch for $63. This current sale I didn't have a chance to travel to most of the GameStop. I did 4 GameStop and only used $600 so far for a ton of cool stuff. I'll have to check out 5-7 more GameStop for more stuff. I got a few helmet, replica and collectible for a decent price.

The sale is 50% off all clearance

Anyone that is familiar with these in store clearance sales know that it is a potential gold mine for collectibles and/or pc parts. Also great if you are sitting on gamestop credit.

Here are a couple example items I picked up: (prices ballpark after discount)

POP Jumbo Super Shredder $10
Razer Cynosa v2 rgb keyboard $28
Halo Mini Nerf Gun $4
Jack Skellington figpin $6
LOL fashion Doll $6

There was loads more.. YMMV

It was 25% on Saturday. It is 50% off starting yesterday. Some stores may have not updated signage at the door.

Got some good deals today. Legends gamer pro for $50, replica helmet from $30-$50 a piece. Zelda Game and watch for $23 a piece. Garmin watch for $63. There's ton of stuff so listing all will take too much time. Every store carry different clearance items so it's YMMV. I also got at least 50+ penny items for free 😀

Extra 50%, not "up to". At least that's what my email and browser ads say. Last time this was happening I bought DOOM 3 VR for PS4. It was less than $3. The cashier had a good laugh.

I wish my local Gamestop stores carried the Legends Gamer Pro in store. Instead they have the upper shelves clogged with those Among Us collectors editions for every console.

I went to 40+ GameStop in 4 days and had a good haul. Today I got a arcade 1up for $75 and tons of good find. I spend a good $10k for a full house of collectible, toys and other stuff I don't even need. I couldn't resist the temptation since I been finding good deals.

It's a good thing that most stores didn't even label the items clearance so no one really knows. They also tend to leave the stuff up high so a lot of people don't really pay attention. First thing I do when I go to GameStop is to look for stuff that's up on the top shelf.

I got a few stuff for $30-$50 and found out eBay sell it for $150-$300. I might post some of these items for sale to recoup some of my spending money to fund my collectible shopping spree 😅

Imagine asking the employee to check the price for the items on top shelf and they give you online price. Once they take it down and scan it'll be 1/4 the price. I had the employee told me the item is $199 and with 25% off it's $150. I told them I'll buy it and it turn out to be only $50. I notice most store never bother to update label for items on top shelf and clearance items.
