I highly recommend anyone considering this deal to take screenshots of the deal, cart, checkout, etc. If I didn't have that information last year I would have been absolutely screwed out of $800 that I'm now receiving in bill credits. That $800 was supposed to be gift cards but after days of calling/texting for help I ended up in an Xfinity store where those printed screen shots and a helpful employee were able to at least get me those credits.

An additional reminder, if you want to preorder, you're limited to two preorders at a time. If your order is delayed this can knock you out of their promotional period so CYA with those screenshots of your actual order date/time and the offers at those times!

Looking like bill credits for existing customers too. Is this what others are seeing as well?
yup, $400 via 24 bill credits. was hoping for the lump sum gift card like the last few years but I ended up taking the bill credits. 24 months isn't terrible

yep, just as I expected/feared, 24 bill credits even for upgraded lines. I took it. I was going to be with xfinity for the next 14 months anyway to get the home internet discount. Only thing I dislike is having it locked so cannot do international travel with it but it would be a pain/costly anyway with the esim and will just use a different phone if needed. How annoying though that they also charge restocking fees if you return or exchange the phone. I really feel like I am totally married and committed to xfinity now and this phone for 2 years.

Dang it took forever for their site to be updated. Kept saying iphone 14 pro was out of stock. I saw that AT&T had their preorder system up 10 mins ahead of 5 am. I almost jumped ship at 5:02am to order from Apple directly at full price instead. This is why I think their marketing sucks, they could have gotten a lot more orders if xfinity mobile was upfront about the deal. I had to run on guessing and hunches and feelings of resentment to end up ordering from xfinity.

I can easily swap physical SIM from two different phone with different providers, how you going to do that with eSIM when both eSIM already assigned and used from different providers?
Delete them with a swipe and add them back later with a click? Applause

If I want to upgrade next year and pay this phone off in 12 months.

Do I get to keep the credits for the 12 months of monthly payments and forfeit the remaining 12?

Device prepayment disqualifies you from the remainder of your monthly credits.

Apple's website listed Xfinity mobile in the carrier's list that supports eSIM. Xfinity mobile website also stated supporting eSIM for BYOD. It seems that they're ready for the eSIM support and iPhone 14.
FYI- my iPhone 11 with xfinity has also eSIM option, but I can't do anything with it until my phone get unlocked.

I read somewhere that xFinity's phones are locked for 24 months, even if fully paid, aren't they?

Ordered the 14 Pro, $400 off with no trade in is a deal. Monthly credits is no issue. I mean all carriers are doing monthly credits, why are we complaining here about it?

Incorrect. If a phone is paid for then they'll unlock it when requested.

Criteria for unlocking your phone
If you need to unlock your Xfinity Mobile phone, so it can be used with another wireless carrier, no problem.

Here are some requirements to be aware of:
The phone must be fully paid off.
At least 60 days must have passed since the phone was activated.
Your Xfinity Mobile account cannot have a past-due balance.
The phone cannot be reported lost, stolen or involved in fraudulent activity.
The phone cannot be active on another Xfinity Mobile account.
Only an account holder, Primary user or Manager may request to have the phone unlocked.
Criteria for unlocking your phone if you're in the military
If you're an active member of the armed forces, you may be eligible to unlock your phone before it's fully paid off.All other requirements above still apply. To unlock your phone before it's fully paid off:
You must either have received orders to deploy outside the U.S. for more than 90 days or received a permanent change of duty station within the U.S.
You must have received the orders after signing up for Xfinity Mobile service.

Please bring your deployment paperwork into a local Xfinity Store or give us a call to securely provide your deployment paperwork electronically.

This is a good deal. Just remember to check your bill often and get ready to deal with Comcast customer service when there are mistakes....ugh. I hated my experience with Comcast home internet so much that I will stay away from them for life. Verizon FIOS all the way. However, if you've been enjoying your experience with them, this is fantastic! Xfinity is trying to increase market share so they are desperate and putting out amazing deals.

I am an existing xfinity internet customer and my 2 years are over so they jacked up my price so I cancelled it but its been 20 days and it's still connected. I am waiting to signup for new connection in my spouse's name when the service is disabled Smilie.

On a new connection they are offering $10 discount on internet if I get xfinity mobile so I can probably pay like $10 net per month including taxes for 2 lines of service and get 2 iphone 14 pro max for 700 each... Sounds like a good deal as I am going to keep the internet anyways for 2 years and I don't need much data these days...

Does anyone know if I could use the secondary esim along side xfinity esim ?
Absolutely! Benefits of a second e-SIM outweighs the hassle of not having a SIM tray I'd say. Yeah...there will be growing pains this first year or two, I'm thinking, but the rest of the world will follow suit.
