I highly recommend anyone considering this deal to take screenshots of the deal, cart, checkout, etc. If I didn't have that information last year I would have been absolutely screwed out of $800 that I'm now receiving in bill credits. That $800 was supposed to be gift cards but after days of calling/texting for help I ended up in an Xfinity store where those printed screen shots and a helpful employee were able to at least get me those credits.

An additional reminder, if you want to preorder, you're limited to two preorders at a time. If your order is delayed this can knock you out of their promotional period so CYA with those screenshots of your actual order date/time and the offers at those times!

Xfinity has consistently rolled out a $300 gift card on new iPhones the last few years, for both new and existing customers. This is a $400 discount but no reason to suspect anything else would change for new vs existing anyways.

I still can't place an order. My wife is also trying at work and can't get one either.

Couple other things, is the pricing wrong? According to apple its supposed to be $799 for a base Iphone 14, but xfinity is charging $830 the old Iphone 13 price.

Secondly, the terms do not seem to limit users to 1 device promotion per account as was originally stated in the corporate memo.

If you think about it - gift card is better, you're getting your discount right away, and no commitment to the service - you can pay off the remaining balance, and port out almost right after you receive your gift card.

Reddit moderator says there is a third party issue preventing some customer orders to not process. You might be part of that group it affects.

Call them, I was able to cancel my order I placed this morning. Because of the website issues they couldn't reorder the one I wanted so I just did it online with the same line and it worked fine. The number is 888-936-4968.
