I highly recommend anyone considering this deal to take screenshots of the deal, cart, checkout, etc. If I didn't have that information last year I would have been absolutely screwed out of $800 that I'm now receiving in bill credits. That $800 was supposed to be gift cards but after days of calling/texting for help I ended up in an Xfinity store where those printed screen shots and a helpful employee were able to at least get me those credits.

An additional reminder, if you want to preorder, you're limited to two preorders at a time. If your order is delayed this can knock you out of their promotional period so CYA with those screenshots of your actual order date/time and the offers at those times!

I spent over an hour and a half on chat and on the phone this morning with Comcast, beginning right at 9am, and even visited a Xfinity store (Yup, jumped in my Jeep and drove there while on hold. Sigh.), trying to get to the bottom of the "Existing customers replacing or upgrading a device receive a $400 Visa Prepaid Card." situation. I placed my preorder and the ordering site ONLY offered 24 monthly bill credits, but I want the $400 card, upfront.
Nobody at Comcast seems to have a clue.

I'm not sure what the AG in my state might think, but I just checked (3pm Eastern) and the www.xfinity.com/mobile/learn/deals/ page STILL shows the "Existing customer … $400 Visa Prepaid Card" language. Has to be a massive liability of false advertising for Comcast at this point.

Honestly I'd wait to order until they clean up the language of the promo. They had similar problems in last BF's promo where the splash page said a $450 gift card and the fine print said "up to" a $450 giftcard for trade-ins. They eventually cleaned up the promo language, but even then many people had to escalate to get those gift cards or didn't get them at all. I myself had to escalate with a number of calls to get my 3x $450 of those gift cards resolved.

Seriously it's mere hours into the promo and you're crying wolf to your AG? laugh out loud Give me a break.

Folks you can order this phone and just return it unopened if you can't work out the promotion with Xfinity. There is no penalty, they even provide with with a paid mailer.

I would say this is better a deal, but you might be able to get $300 rebate + the AirPods if you can wait for a couple months.

I'm going for silver pro 256 since purple and gold are girly in my opinion.. black is too much like my graphite 12pro.. just darker. Need a change.. surprised purple isn't the one showing late delivery being new and different and I agree not in a hurry but a 5 min job this morning turned into messing with it all frickin day to still not have it ordered. Really annoying

There is something wrong with your cookies, internet connection or some other facet of your digital self. I've ordered two, one early in the morning and one later in the afternoon. Clear your cookies, try a different browser, etc.

I was going for the silver 256 as well. I just did Xfinity chat and they had it ordered in about 10 minutes including waiting for my place in line. Went with the black one.
