I highly recommend anyone considering this deal to take screenshots of the deal, cart, checkout, etc. If I didn't have that information last year I would have been absolutely screwed out of $800 that I'm now receiving in bill credits. That $800 was supposed to be gift cards but after days of calling/texting for help I ended up in an Xfinity store where those printed screen shots and a helpful employee were able to at least get me those credits.

An additional reminder, if you want to preorder, you're limited to two preorders at a time. If your order is delayed this can knock you out of their promotional period so CYA with those screenshots of your actual order date/time and the offers at those times!

Won't be a problem at all, her phone is paid off and when I ordered it, the site asks which phone/line the new phone will be replacing and I selected hers with no issues. Took me less than 10 mins to change plans and pre order a phone.

For something with a SIM slot it would be no worries. Just pop it in. With esim Xfinity might be able to just refuse to do it since you have to involve them in the process.

Apple started this nonsense couple of years ago, where they'd charge an extra $30 on certain models if you bought the phone unlocked, without the carriers Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T or Sprint. If you try buying the 13 unlocked on Apple's website, it is $729, but with any of the aforementioned carriers, it is $699.

I have two lines with Xfinity mobile. I just upgraded one line and ordered iphone 12 which seems to support physical SIM card. Can I use the new iphone12 on my other line by swapping the SIM cards? Is the new iphone 12 locked to the line number or will it affect the bill credit promo if I swap?

Yes, you can swap SIM with other xfinity line. Your phone number lock it to the SIM, not the phone.
