I highly recommend anyone considering this deal to take screenshots of the deal, cart, checkout, etc. If I didn't have that information last year I would have been absolutely screwed out of $800 that I'm now receiving in bill credits. That $800 was supposed to be gift cards but after days of calling/texting for help I ended up in an Xfinity store where those printed screen shots and a helpful employee were able to at least get me those credits.

An additional reminder, if you want to preorder, you're limited to two preorders at a time. If your order is delayed this can knock you out of their promotional period so CYA with those screenshots of your actual order date/time and the offers at those times!

What is the cheapest plan from Verizon?
Because Xfinity Mobile offers $15/months for multiple lines.
They have half the coverage and experience bad slow downs. If you want a $15 a month plan there are much better carriers out there such as Mint and Cricket that give 4gb of data a month compared to Xfinity's 1gb.

For new line deals, no trade in is required. Current customers trade in an iPhone XR or above, just need to be unlocked. Can be completely damaged and they'll take it. I bought a XR for $100 on eBay for trade in, am going to sell my old phone and break even on a brand new iPhone on Verizon, plus extra cash that will cover the extra $10 a month required for the upgraded unlimited plan until I can drop back after the 36 month period.

I did the same thing for another line on my account for the 13 pro last year. Additionally, all Verizon partner carriers experience bad slow downs. Verizon themselves don't slow down nearly to the extent that their partners do.
And what is your monthly rate with Verizon?

I'll happily enjoy my $25 + $5 = $30/mo (taxes included) that includes:

- Unlimited phone (I get 60mbs down/6mbs up)
- Apple Watch cellular connectivity
- Mobile hotspot up to 5mb/s

The only way to get unlimited data with Verizon for $30 a month is with 4 lines. You're being disingenuous by posting this. With Xfinity Mobile you aren't required to have 4 lines to get it for $30 a month. Starting to think you work for Verizon.

I'm jumping in and may have missed something but you pay $30 for unlimited with Verizon? I don't believe it. Why do I pay $200 for unlimited with Verizon?

Xfinity is an MVNO. This means they use Verizon towers but their traffic is deprioritized to Verizon subscribers who pay full price. In some areas this isn't much of an issue, in some areas it means you may have issues.
No deprioritization on their by-the-gig plans. They have the same priority as Verizon post paid.

Has anyone had any luck upgrading their existing line? I have five lines, all over four years old and all phones paid off years ago, but the website kept telling me that I don't have any line eligible for an upgrade.

That sounds like a line of bull they gave you.. it errored out for me all day and I have been with them for years
Yeah I've been bullshitted twice today. First guy pulled this crap. Next person told me to go in person to sort out upgrading existing lines. Got there and they said they have never seen this error before and they said they can't doing anything while the system is borked. Try again tomorrow. It's almost ridiculous how poor these carriers and Apple handle launch events like this is a new thing. You make so much damn money but cannot afford the hardware and teams to handle millions of customers hitting your door?

it does say "the entire iPhone 13 and iPhone 12 line" so that should include the 12 and 13 mini.
I couldn't find a mini on sale. Did I not look hard enough? Anyone have a link?

I was able to do it just now. My previous order got cancelled even though I did my driver's license verification separately. Looks like their system is buggy at many levels.

Nope. Mine even tells me no lines exist on my account so at least your lines exist! Pretty much don't listen to anyone from Xfinity. They don't know what they are talking about. Until their system gets proper bug fixes implemented it's going to be hell for a lot of us.

Yeah it's a big joke. I spent 13 hours off and on yesterday trying to order.. never had an issue like this with my last two pre orders with XM though

Finally got with a chat agent to put the order through. At first they told me the line that I wanted to upgrade was "deactivated", but then said they checked again and found it was active. They sent me an email to confirm my order and I clicked the link in there to confirm it. Pretty easy process after I finally got to talk with someone.
