I highly recommend anyone considering this deal to take screenshots of the deal, cart, checkout, etc. If I didn't have that information last year I would have been absolutely screwed out of $800 that I'm now receiving in bill credits. That $800 was supposed to be gift cards but after days of calling/texting for help I ended up in an Xfinity store where those printed screen shots and a helpful employee were able to at least get me those credits.

An additional reminder, if you want to preorder, you're limited to two preorders at a time. If your order is delayed this can knock you out of their promotional period so CYA with those screenshots of your actual order date/time and the offers at those times!

If I do this on the 13, will I lose the 12 a month data plan that Im grandfathered into? The last time I did this I lost free netflix when I upgraded my tv (and they didnt tell me that was going to happen). Do they do that with phones too?

Heads up I just got a 13 from them and they forced me to use eSIM. Since they push the eSIM over the Internet I don't think there's currently any way to swap around to different devices which are not registered to your account in the Xfinity system.

The Xfinity online guy helped me to place the order and he wanted me to pay the full price. He said " you will get the $400 credit when you activate the phone and pay over 24 months." What a joke. Now I ordered from another carrier and ready to port out my line.

I have charges pending on my credit card but those showed up almost immediately after I placed the order.

Wow that sucks! Did they not include a sim card in the box? Did you try to chat with them to see if they would send a physical sim card? Xfinity mobile is going downhill. No more rebate gift cards and now this!

No, you won't be automatically upgraded to the 5G / $15per GB plan. You have to do that manually, if you want to.

We have 1 5G phone, and 3 lesser phones on the $12/GB plan. The 5G phone gets 5G, the others get LTE. I don't see why we'd want to 'upgrade' to a 5G plan.
