I highly recommend anyone considering this deal to take screenshots of the deal, cart, checkout, etc. If I didn't have that information last year I would have been absolutely screwed out of $800 that I'm now receiving in bill credits. That $800 was supposed to be gift cards but after days of calling/texting for help I ended up in an Xfinity store where those printed screen shots and a helpful employee were able to at least get me those credits.

An additional reminder, if you want to preorder, you're limited to two preorders at a time. If your order is delayed this can knock you out of their promotional period so CYA with those screenshots of your actual order date/time and the offers at those times!

One of my worst fears. Keep us updated on how you hopefully resolve this quickly in case this happens to someone else here.

My suggest would be to try to call during US business hours and try to get a domestic person on the phone. You can tell pretty quickly how useless the call is going to be when they start to repeat a canned statement like "Oh certainly, I can help you with that" and follow up with questions that basically ask what you already told them or have nothing to do with your issue.

Talked to a chat agent to ask about my order status and they tried to sell me another iPhone. lol. Said delivery is slated for 4am tomorrow (Friday), but obviously they don't know what they're talking about given the 4am estimate. I can see why people hate on Xfinity Mobile haha

the hate is not toward xfinity.. its the use of outsourced customer service.. where most of the folks don't even understand proper english and are just going by a script.

Yeah that guy is lying, no one has delivery today. Plus, the xfinity packaging is a small sealed box, if nothing is inside then that would stem from Comcast shipping center...what would fed ex have to do with it?

Really don't have to worry just as you keep the emails from your order. The email spells out the $400 adjustment and and the phone needs to be activated within 30 days to receive the adjustment.

Ordered 14 pro on 9/9. Asked about shipping status through chat this morning. Rep said there was problem with order and I needed to cancel and reorder phone. Now delivery window went from 9/18 to 10/5. Super disappointed.
