I highly recommend anyone considering this deal to take screenshots of the deal, cart, checkout, etc. If I didn't have that information last year I would have been absolutely screwed out of $800 that I'm now receiving in bill credits. That $800 was supposed to be gift cards but after days of calling/texting for help I ended up in an Xfinity store where those printed screen shots and a helpful employee were able to at least get me those credits.

An additional reminder, if you want to preorder, you're limited to two preorders at a time. If your order is delayed this can knock you out of their promotional period so CYA with those screenshots of your actual order date/time and the offers at those times!

I had 2 separate orders for iPhone 13, both via the chat. The 1st one, they rep asked if I wanted physical SIM or eSIM, and I ordered physical. The 2nd chat, they didn't ask, and I was sent the eSim.

Just got my first bill… $7.18 in taxes and fees for one line!! That's double what it was when I was last with Xfinity mobile a few years ago

That's not right. I think when I ordered the phone, it shows the estimated tax/fee is $1.35, so you may want to check with them.
BTW, do you get charged for $10 one time activation/setup fee that is mentioned during the order process.

yup, when I placed the order the tax/fee was only ~$3. $10 one-time fee is separate and appeared on my first bill.

Now it is:
$1.87 911 fee
$0.68 local utility fee
$1.26 regulatory recovery fee
$3.37 universal connectivity charge

the T&C says the last two are determined by Xfinity themselves and not taxes/fees collected by government

My taxes and fees went up alot too when I upgraded my gen 1 plan to get the 2x $20 unlimited +$15 for pay by gig lines too.

No, I have 2x unlimited and 5x pay by gig lines and my fees are now:

Taxes, fees, surcharges: 2.10
RRF: 3.31
Ucc: 6.72

Previously, under the gen 2 plan with 1x unlimited and 5x pay by gig lines my taxes and fees total was only: $7.26

Hi folks, I try to upgrade a device on existing line. At the checkout page it says, "You're getting your first monthly device credit today. Additional device credits will be applied if you transfer your number and activate your device within 30 days." Why I need to transfer number if I just want to upgrade phone on existing line? Anyone has the same problem? Thanks!

I upgraded a phone before. it is not asking you to transfer a new number. No need to worry, you still need to activate the new phone with your current number.

Thanks! But also it says in 30 days. I thought for those who upgrade on existing line need to be done in 15 days. right? Seems like it is for new customers but appears on my checkout page.
