This item was always out of stock, so I subscribed a few times to receive notifications when it is back in stock. During a month I got a few notifications, but when I followed the link, it was always OOS. After a few weeks, I finally was able to catch it in stock, ordered for a discounted price $20, and received it.
I didn't use it yet, but it looks sturdy and you definitely not find a steel reel for this price without a deal. What I do not really like - that's reel size. It's for the 200 feet hose and I didn't realize how it's big. But that's my inattentiveness, not the issue with the product.

My experience with all of these plastic hose reels is that they're good for keeping things looking tidy if they're used for light duty, and do a decent job as long as you don't overload or overwork them. If you want to be able to load up a big hose or yank on it without it breaking, get a metal one.

If you want to be able to load up a big hose or yank on it without it breaking, get a metal one.
My experience with outdoor stuff is buy once buy good quality.. get a metal and will mostly last 2x more than this
