    Before someone asks, this is Japanese curry, not Indian curry. It is not going to be crazy spicy. It is a richer, thicker type of curry.

    I think any Japanese brand curry roux is delicious. I mix hot and medium hot when I make curry. That's how my grandma and mom made curry at my house. Also, we add some soy sauce to curry right before serving. I write circles 2 or 3 times with soy sauce in a pot.

    These are the premade ones you just heat and pour over rice (or next to). These are not the rue packets used to make a large supply of Japanese curry. Ok for a quick meal if you have no time, but not really that great.
