Soap has never killed germs in the history of the world. Rather, it aids their removal. Sometimes just soap and water doesn't fully remove all germs/bacteria, which is when this sort of product comes in handy.

If you're looking to get odor out of your gym clothes I've found sprinkling baking soda on your clothes before washing helps

It's best on set in smells. If you wash ur sweaty clothes the same day or maybe next day there's not really a need for this. A friend of mine had some bedding in a storage unit that had leaked and had a mildewy sour smell. They washed it like 5 times and you could still smell it. Told them to grab a bottle of this and use the soak cycle on washer. Smell was gone after 1 soak cycle.

Although you could avoid this all together and use a Pinterest recipe of vinegar. That's the main ingredient in this.

Anyone know how this differs to the non sport version?

Was curious about this as well. The only thing I was able to get out of the official site is that the sport version has "specifically designed with innovative malodor control technology to eliminate tough odors", so perhaps it is more "heavy duty" than the non-sport version?

Anyway, trying one to see if it helps with odor buildup in gloves! Helps that it is 0% bleach.

The description says 41oz but the "size" says 90oz pack of 1. Has anyone purchased this before and know what you actually get? Good deal either way if it works.

Has anyone seen an actual difference between this and laundry detergent? Avid gym goer and never heard of this product.

From my experience, smell. I didn't really notice any difference between this, the original, or the fragrance free. They all work great for getting that funk out of towels every few washes.

Since "since" is since and not "sense".

You use this in addition to your laundry detergent to help get tough smells out. I've used this with smelly towels and such and it does seem to make a difference.

In for a bottle at $3.27 shipped via S&S; thanks OP.

I've been experimenting with re-purposing this by adding a cap full to mop bucket water instead of using bleach; seems to work fine and smells much better IMO.

I also am tempted to add a cap full in a 32 ounce spray bottle filled with water and use it as a cheap antibacterial cleaner but I'm not sure if it will be effective.

I've been using straight white distilled cooking vinegar for a kitchen and bathroom cleaner for awhile now but since vinegar has been going up in price or at least Walmart won't ship out the 1 gallon $4 bottles now (Pick up only) I need to think of another cheap basterd solution. Perhaps 1/5 of bleach in a 32 ounce spray bottle is the way to go...

I find it more effectively to presoak my gym clothes in this for at least 30mins in this stuff prior to washing than it was to just add this to the washer for sweaty or smelly clothing.

Can you just add this into the drum at the beginning with the clothes and do a presoak? Seems annoying to stop and add right before rinse cycle
