Yeah, definitely was spoiled by those. I'm stocked up at the moment with maybe 5 bags left from that deal, they go quicker than expected though.

I'm not Amazon (in case you couldn't tell), but most likely late spring to early summer because pistachio's harvest starts around August, which means they want to clear out old inventory to make room for new batches coming in.

Noob question, does the sale price stays the same for future shipments once subscribed?

I mean, for me, subscribing now still has a shipment date of Oct 10 (along with my other subscriptions), I'm now sure if they will charge the sale price a month from now.
