The 12" pan itself is selling for $59.95 at Amazon, both pans are selling for $99.99 at Amazon. Nonstick usually will not last especially if it is cooked in high heat.     I have these pans, they are fantastic. Looking for the full set for my in-laws.

    Edit: had mine for 1.5 years at this point I think, and they are still amazing.

    These are the best pans that I have used; premium version has better base than the regular but both are good. I'm surprised how easy to clean, non stick has not peeled off, the outside also stays clean, I have the pans a year and they look as good as when I bought them.
    No other pans get used in our house, so good we bought a second.

    @SilverSpider what pans do you use, I'd love to compare

    Stick with any cast iron or stainless, trust me. Hexclad or Henckels capri granitium you can't go wrong. U buy this ninja set, might as well buy $50-$70 set and rinse and repeat the following year. Ninja set I bought started bubbling and peeling prematurely using only medium heat.

    I have both cast iron and stainless steel. Yes cast iron is good but we only use for special meals due to the weight of them and inconvenience for cleaning/oiling/etc. Stainless steel is a no go in our home due to the pain of cleaning the pans after.
    Honestly the ninja is our #1 in our home, but your mileage may vary Smilie
